Q: How do I book and pay?
A: After completing the intake form and agreeing to the Terms of Service, I’ll send you a payment link. Once payment is received, your session is confirmed. I run my sessions on Zoom and you will get a zoom link with your confirmation email.
Q: What kind of training methods do you use?
A: I work exclusively with kind, force-free, reward-based methods. No aversive tools or harsh techniques are used or supported .Your dog’s emotional safety always comes first.
Q: Who is responsible for my dog?
A: You remain fully responsible for your dog at all times. I provide expertise and advice, but you decide how it is applied.
Q: Do I need to provide information about my dog before the session?
A: Yes, before our session, I’ll ask you to complete a short form about your dog’s health, behaviour, and training history. This helps me provide safe, personalised guidance. All information is kept confidential, and the form includes a signed box to confirm you agree to the Terms of Service.
Q: What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
A: Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule a session. If you need to cancel with less notice, we can discuss an alternative session where possible. In rare cases of illness or emergency on either side, we’ll aim to reschedule. Refunds are not automatically provided and are only offered if no suitable alternative can be arranged.
